We hope you love your Amelia’s purchase as much as we do,
But if you need to make an exchange - we understand.
We do offer Exchanges/Refunds for unused items for Amelia's ONLINE Purchases only.
Please notify us at email@example.com. for any returns.
Please note that this is the online exchange policy and any purchases made in our store fronts are separate. We cannot accept instore purchases returned by mail.
Any item sent in for an exchange MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days for an exchange. ( deodorant/make-up stains, Perfume/Smoke Scents, and damages will not be given credit.)
BECAUSE WE HAVE LIMITED QUANTITIES and want to ensure you receive the size you need, Any item needs to be EXCHANGED with a post mark within 7 days of receiving the purchase. (see upper right hand corner of invoice for shipping date).
*All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 -3 business days.
*Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*In store purchases Will NOT be accepted by return mail.
*Shoes must be sent in their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
*Final Sale items cannot be exchanged at any time.

*We will issue your return Amelia's Online credit, after we receive the returned item (unwashed, unworn, with the tags still attached).
If we receive the item and it is not in same original condition as we shipped it,
no refund will be issued.
*Please allow 7-10 days to process return, and send you an online credit code that may be applied on a future online transaction.
