Refund policy
At Amelia's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible online purchases.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges on online purchases only.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other stains and odors
- Have all original tags attached
- Be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
Due to our limited inventory and fast-selling styles, exchanges requested after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@shopamelias.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once your exchange arrives at our boutique.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Purchases made using discount codes
- Home décor and gift items
- Any item marked Final Sale
Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs to review the issue before processing an exchange.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for online exchange processing and cannot be returned by mail.
